A Good Way To Put It

I thought Marty Burns summed up this year's draft very well today:

"This year's draft crop, according to most experts, doesn't have any impact players like the last two drafts. No LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony or Dwyane Wade. Maybe not even Emeka Okafor, Dwight Howard or Ben Gordon.

Instead it features three very good prospects in Utah center Andrew Bogut, North Carolina small forward Marvin Williams and Wake Forest point guard Chris Paul. Most GMs and scouts agree the three will probably need at least a season to learn the NBA game. After that trio, there are a bunch of mostly very raw international players and high school kids with considerable potential but lean bodies sorely in need of bulk and experience."
